When you schedule your appointment with us you are agreeing to these policies.
Special Instructions
If you are having issue using your gift card with our online booking please call us at 912.356.5408 to get scheduled. We will not refund credit cards for prepaid appointments if presenting a gift card at time of service Gift cards maybe used for future dates in this instance. While most card and gift certificate numbers will go through sometimes the system does not recognize them. We ask that you arrive at-least 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure intake forms are ready and you have a few minutes to decompress before your service. Please do not eat heavy, drink large amounts of alcohol, or smoke directly before your services; these activities may cause you to become ill during your services. In some instances we may refuse service/s if we suspect that you have over indulged in legal or illegal substances to prevent A quiet space is maintained within the office. Please remember to silence your mobile phone as well as utilize a “inside voices”. This helps us maintain a relaxing, renewing environment within the office.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
With our 24 hour cancellation policy, missed appointments will incur a charge of 100% of the service price to the credit card on file. Gift Certificates/Cards cannot be used for cancellations. If you are late to your appointment we can only provide you with the time left in your scheduled service as we do have other clients scheduled directly after you. Deposits are refundable if given 72 hours notice of cancellation. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late cannot be accommodated and 100% of the service will be charged. Packages cannot be transferred to other clients, & cannot be purchased for groups. Appointments booked 30+ days in advance will require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. ALL Group bookings of 3+ will require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit for any date booked. A 20% gratuity will be added to spa packages of 3 or more people. Discounts do not apply to pre-discounted packages and specials.
